Children of the 80's: Hello Kitty
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This cache is a series dedicated to things created in the eighties
like us. We have discovered that there are not many cachers who can
say they were created in the eighties and we are proud to be one of
them. Hello Kitty first appeared in Japan in 1975 and was brought
to the United States in 1976. During the 1980's the character
gained popularity in the United States and Sanrio has continued to
produce a variety of items with Hello Kitty as their signature
character.
This cache was originally named Children of the 80's: Power Star.
The cache is the same hide, the only difference is the container.
This cache is located near one of our favorite stores to by our
80's board games, videos and video games. Across the street you
will also find Blockbuster Video, a chain first established in
1985! It should be a very quick and simple grab (it's an
SLPC).There are muggles at almost all times though going late at
night orearly might help a bit. Luckily surrounding structures help
a bit. $1 FTF.
