The cache isn’t at the coordinates indicated, but
it’s close by. The coordinates will take you to a local
animal rescue organization that specializes in cats. Its entire
third floor is devoted to feral cats, which are born in the wild
and which don’t have the domestic species’ affinity for
humans. If you get a chance to take a tour, visit the feral area.
It’s full of cute, cuddly creatures that lounge quite
comfortably in your presence but bolt in fear if you try to touch
them. Sadly, most of these feral cats can’t be acclimated to
humans. However, the shelter gives them a warm place to live and
plenty of good food and cat company.
To find the coordinates, solve the simple puzzle below where the
answers correspond to the letters. You must visit the location to
find the clues:

ABC = (The number of steps leading to the third floor back
porch) X 20) – The number of windows on the back of the
building. Count only full-sized windows. Disregard doors and
skylights.
DEF = (The street address of the institution X 15) + the cube of
the number of doors directly fronting on Rte. 126.
Cache is a camo’d plastic jar about the size of a peanut
butter jar. There’s a log and pen and space for a few
trackables.
