Geocache Description:

Small lock and lock full of the usual items. Make sure to rehide it well, so othes can enjoy it!

Another cache in the "My Home" series. This one pays homage to another one of my favorite childhood spots, one that is no longer avilable to enjoy anymore. The bridge at the end of Humboldt Street was right at the foot of Grandma & Grandpa Campbells driveway. Back in the early '80's when I was a first and second grader at Humboldt Elemntary School, there was no XBox or internet to keep us busy. The only station we seemed to get here in Canyon City was WTBS from Atlanta, who knows why, and you could only watch "The Rokford Files" so many times. So the bridge was my own playground. Fishing, wading, building dams, throwing sticks upstream and running to the other side of the bridge to throw sticks at them were my past time. Home is always where the heart is.
