Geocache Description:

While driving up from Childago Canyon and onto Owens Gorge We passed this large structure. Park on road or drive out if you have sufficient vehicle clearance.

Great view of Crowley Lake. We suspect the panel is for bouncing signals off. If you know for sure please post. It reminded us of a drive in theatre.
Original contents are. 8 ball. 2 dinosaurs. Toy clapper. New Zealand coin. 1 shell. Hope band. Spyscope. 3 fossils from Luning NV and a coaster.
