As for here the Shinano river river bank was serviced, it is the greenbelt where “Yasuragitei,” utilizes the shore space. Namiki of the cherry tree and the willow which are planted with city governmental 100th anniversary commemoration Arbor Day continues, has become the place of relaxation of the citizen. Presently extension service is advanced.
信濃川河岸を整備した「やすらぎ堤」にある、水辺空間を生かした緑地帯です。市政１００周年記念植樹祭で植えられた桜と柳の並木が続き、市民の憩いの場となっています。現在も延長整備が進められています。
