Geocache Description:


This cache was placed by students in the summer Geocaching class at Talcott Mountain Science Center. In this class, students learn about GPS satellite technology, a little celestial navigation, world geography, world history, Earth Science, and practice grabbing some caches.

The final container is a camouflaged bulk almond "jar" with a wide mouth to accommodate small to medium trade items. The container is starting off with some coins ($1.00), a small frisbee, a firetruck, a basketball "squish" ball, two pencils, a giraffe jumping head, an easter egg, and some crystals.
