Jyunichogata Suigo Park is known as a place of birth of the prickly water lily.
The prickly water lily is appointed to the natural monument with an aquatic plant of the Nymphaeaceae.
A water lily, an iris and a flower lotus are planted in the garden.

十二町潟水郷公園はオニバスの発生地として知られています。
オニバスはスイレン科の水生植物で国の天然記念物に指定されました。
園内にはスイレン、菖蒲、ハスなどが植えられています。
