This geocache is adjacent to a hiking trail in Great River Bluffs State Park.
A Minnesota State Parks sticker is required to enter this state park.
This is an easy find on your way to the bluff-top overlooks at Great River Bluffs State Park. In order to minimize disturbance to the vegetation in this beautiful park, the geocache is located close to the trail.
Be sure to visit the overlooks as they provide majestic views of the Mississippi River Valley and the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. These are views to savor!
This geocache is a well stocked container I won this spring at ArcherDragoon's Plainview, Minnesota event. I had to find a place worthy of such a prize and knew that this park was perfect.
