Geocaching NSW welcomes all to our second geocaching session
held at the Carlingford Bowling Club, Pennant Hills
Road,Carlingford.
Geocaching 102 is a chance for new and experienced geocachers to
get together to ask advice, guidance and gather lots of great
tips.
If you're brand new to geocaching, it's an excellent opportunity
to meet other geocachers who may have a bit more experience under
their belt.
The venue is close to the Carlingford railway station and the
548 bus route. Drinks and snacks are available in the club.
As it is a club, please wear appropriate clothing (e.g. no
flip-flops).
The purpose of this get together is to share tips and tricks on
geocaching and to update you on developments with the
association.
The session will consist of a series of round table workshops.
These workshops will allow small groups of geocachers to sit down
with a presenter who will demonstrate an aspect of geocaching.
A list of topics and presenters will be posted in the lead-up to
the event. If you would like to present a workshop, please
let us know.
The meeting will begin at 7.30 pm sharp and conclude at 9.30
pm.The bistro is open, so you can purchase a meal and bring it into
the meeting.
This is a perfect opportunity for new geocachers to pick up some
tips on finding and hiding geocaches.Don't forget you can also swap
geocoins and travel bugs at the event.
Please register your intention to attend by leaving a 'will
attend' entry on this page.
