Swear Like A Pirate Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Pirate Rat: Well, @*÷<_]!
Time to archive. The container is only being held together by its duct tape camouflage, which should be white - not green. This little gem has resisted all sorts of terrain change since being published. Thanks to all those who have searched out this bit of treasure o'er the years. Refresh the map, folks, and Cache On!

Geocache Description:

Cache is not located at the posted coords. All I got there was grief. BYOP!

Argh! We were stuck in port nearby having a nail removed from a tire. Nothing much to do while we waited for the hour and a half it took to get to our place in the queue. Did I say nothing to do? We placed this geocache for you!

Don't lean on the nearby mizzenmast... it looks like a sea urchin attacked it.

UPDATE: (2011) The previously mentioned mizzenmast was recently replaced and relocated BACK several feet.
Interestingly enough, the cache location was left untouched. Bizarre!
I suspect that this location's days are numbered, but I'm going to just let construction run its course.

UPDATE: (2013) new paint, new sidewalk, new asphalt... but nearby store is out of business... I doubt the hide will be compromised, but I suspect new construction soon.

UPDATE: (2014) Nearby store has an occupant. Such a large parking lot for so few customers.

FTF gets a fine portrait of George Washington to frame or trade with your friends.
