Geocache Description:

A circular walk, following the Staffordshire Moorlands Walk, all caches are on or very close to the Moorlands Walk. Actual walking time is around two hours covering a total distance of almost five miles, taking in great views. The suggested parking is at the Brough Park Leisure Centre in Leek where there is plenty of free parking; see the Brough Park cache for a parking waypoint.

After crossing Stoney Bridge follow the track up. It is normally wet up here but the track is solid underfoot. You will be best to walk a little past before doubling back to get the cache. After finding this cache continue up the track, towards the cottages, then cross the gravel courtyard. When the track meets the estate road turn right following it to Haregate Road turn right and the car park is around 550 metres away, this is all slightly downhill on pavements, which should give you plenty of opportunity to knock the mud from your boots. You will pass a small children’s play park you can go through the gate and pick up Keebee's caches along the route which will take you a back way through to Brough Park and your car. This is a very popular walking route and also a popular area with the local youngsters so please re-hide the cache well.
