Geocache Description:

Two stage multi. Short hike to the dunes from the first stage. No driving north of the access road during the summer months, obey posted signage. Bike access to within the last 50 feet. Decode hint at stage 1 to find final. Code key may change as coordinates get refined so refresh page before hunting for best results. The dune grass will be challenging but please do not trample it down, you can find the final using a walking stick pretty easily.

A japanese sub may have beached here, find the suspicious ventilation pipe at the first stage and see if you can get the code book extracted. Decode the cryptic log with the following key: , A=1, B=2, C=6, D=6, E=6, F=9. Follow the directions to the final, taking care not to alarm the locals. Final location is down in the swale between dune crests where you can stay a bit out of sight. Please do not trample the dune grass. The final is reachable from a patch of sand along a trail on the edge of a stand of dune grass. Final is near a beach access trail so be aware of muggles. Final might be easier to find at night or twilight than daylight especially if approached from the south. Final container is a camo'd folgers coffee can with some nice trade items for you and the kids. Enjoy.
