Cache in prossimità dei ruderi della città prima etrusca e poi romana di Roselle.
La città si affacciava sul lago Prile ed era vicina all'allora foce del fiume Ombrone.
Insediamento etrusco di notevole importanza conserva ancora in buone condizioni le ciclopiche mura difensive lunghe circa 3 chilometri; molto interessante anche l'anfiteatro.
La cache è molto vicina alla strada ed al parcheggio.
Si consiglia la visita alla città (a pagamento).

Cache near the ruins of the city first Etruscan and then Roman of Roselle.
The city faced the lake Prile and near, at that time, the mouth of the river Ombrone.
Etruscan settlement of considerable importance still has in good condition the cyclopean defensive walls around 3 kilometers long; also very interesting the amphitheater.
The cache is very close to the road and the parking.
We recommend a visit to the city (surcharge).
