PE: Shunpiking #13 Mystery Cache

“Shunpiking” (verb: traveling by avoidance of major highways in preference for bucolic and scenic interludes along lightly traveled country roads)
Prince Edward Island is a Canadian destination for visitors seeking beaches, picture post card scenery, and everything a rural countryside has to offer. It’s also famous for its red-dirt, back country heritage roads, and most visitors to the Island make it a point to get off the beaten path and explore these hidden areas – to go “shunpiking”. Often slower, longer, and poorer road conditions, these back roads will take you to areas that are “short on use, but long in solitude and discovery”.
This 13-cache series salutes the “back road” and our out-of-province Canadian visitors. The bison-sized containers are located down dirt roads that are not maintained during the winter and may be very muddy in the spring and after rain. The roads are excellent for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing during the winter. The caches are all winter friendly once you arrive, and little or no bushwacking is required.
The caches are not suitable for swag and you must bring your own writing instrument.
NOTE:
To determine the final coordinates for this cache, you must add all of the numbers found at each of the 12 caches in this series (Shunpiking #1 to Shunpiking #12). For example, "987" would translate to "9 + 8 + 7 = 24. The sum of all of these numbers, designated "X", will then be used in the following equation to arrive at the final cache coordinates:
