Just off the side of this freshly paved road. It should not be hard
to find. I travel Cowan Rd about 4 times a day and was always
curious about this side street that is visible from the northbound
lane just as you get on the bridge.
I scaled this terrain in flip flops, but you might want to wear
something with a little more coverage. You're looking for medium
sized plastic container. The cache is not close to or over the
edge, but please be watchful of thorns and critters. ****CONGRATS
