This is cache number one out of ten in a series along the Chautauqua Creek Gorge. Parking is at N 42 18.347 - W 079 34.675 Attached is a map of the area, please print and take with you. Also have attached the cheat sheets for all 10 caches. Print them out to use if needed.
Located on the west side of the creek. Make sure to bring a camera. The majority of the walk is easy. On occasion you will have to cross back and forth across the creek. Be sure to have appropriate clothing and foot wear. Not recommended to do these caches alone, bring a cell phone and leave a copy of the map with someone. Only suggest doing these caches in the summer months and not at night. This can be a dangerous place and is subject to flash flooding. It should take between 3 and 4 hours to complete all caches and return to the parking location. Be careful and use common sense and you should experience a very enjoyable adventure in the greatest natural wonder of the area.
