Geocache Description:

This cache is a 35mm film pot.

You have all read John Buchan's book, The 39 Steps.

So now come and visit Bexhill's co-incidental simulation of the villain's beach-side lair.

Yes, I am making this up as I go along!

You can access this part of the Promenade easily from a nearby side road whose entrance is at:
N 50 50.139
E 000 27.387

There are also a few other entrances from the side roads to the west of this cache.

It's likely to be Muggle Central during the Summer so the Additional Hint should make it an easy find.

PS: there might not be 'exactly' 39 steps.
