I am archiving the event page. According to the guidelines event caches should be archived a short time after the actual event, generally about 2 - 3 weeks, once everyone has entered their logs. People can still see the event page from their list of caches event though it is archived.

Geocache Description:

A Meet & Greet Night to Welcome a B.C. Caching family of 5
to Saskatoon.
doingitoldschool from Port Alberni B.C. will be coming to Saskatoon in July and would love to meet some Saskatoon and area cachers.We thought what better way to get to meet than a social evening and good old swapping of Geocaching stories.
The location is "Home Of Benny's F Cache. Grainfield Resturant on Circle Drive.
Thought we would start at 6 P:M; til 9 P:M:
Anyone that wants to come for a meal can do so at 6 P.M.. Anyone trhat just wants to come later for a coffee and dessert or just a drink or just to visit is Welcome to do so.
We just want you to come and visit and maybe even learn a thing or 2. Know we always come away with a new hint/tip/new friends.
doingitoldschool have been caching since Nov./07 and live on Vancouver Island.--Your connection to B.C.?? They would love to do some caching with someone from here in Saskatoon or in the area--Maybe Prince Albert??
