Geocache Description:

At a Lions Club lookout, with 220 degree views to the southwest through to the north.

A good place to park if coming by car, is just north of Elizabeth Dr, on Reservoir Rd. Then it will be a short walk to GZ. Take care with muggles as you will be in plain sight.
