This a 2 part puzzle. Go to the listed coordinates to find info for the "real" coordinates for the cache container. Answer the questions that will lead you to the cache which is a camo'ed spice container with FTF prize, swag and 1 travel bug.
The listed coordinates will bring you to the Garden of Freedom where you will find the answers to the following questions which will lead you to the cache.
#1 - What was the day and year the original was removed from the steeple of the state house. This will give you a 6 digit number-subtract 133084 from that number. This will give you your North coordinates.
#2 - What is the weight of it? Add that number to 23996 - that will give you your West coordinates.
After you find the cache, check out your surroundings, read the plaque- nice area don't yah think?
