Geocache Description:

Near the fence behind a large cedar. Park in the gravel area near the entrance to the fenced area.

The peaceful community of Shady Dell consists of private homes along a deadend road.

The area flooded in the heavy spring rains of 1996 when the Molalla River overflowed it's banks.

The main attraction of the neighborhood is the Shady Dell Pacific Railroad. A scale railroad park open to the public Sundays Noon to Five from May through September.

Find the cache and go ride the trains!

Cache is placed as part of the poker run for the event cache GC1T487 and will remain as a permanent cache.
