This one should be a park and grab, at least until the area is fully developed. Small PVC style cache can hold smaller items.
If you need to get some aspirin, some fresh AA's or perhaps have so much money you need an extra account you can do it all while visiting this cache (during normal business hours).
Because of the nature of the local businesses I do not recommend doing this one after hours unless you are willing to explain geocaching to some of Denton's finest.
