Vadna village lies at the intersection of the River Sajó and the Stream Bán. The first written sources are from 1237, the village was called Wodna, at that time. It is originated from the Slavonic word voda, which means water in English and refers to the location of the village. The chief attraction of the Middle Ages was an earth - fort, Péter Komoróczi its last emperor rebuilt it. King Matthias gave an order to destroy it.
The ruins are located near Vadna in top of a small hill. Altitude: 351m
The cache is a small, traditional box, holds a logbook and small items. It is hidden in a nearly rock.
