Chesapeake is a quiet little village between Republic and Mt. Vernon. It is the home of the Chesapeake Fish Hatchery, but that is not where this cache is. This cache is along the road near a park-like area where you can enjoy a pretty bridge etc. In fact, it would be nice to take your picture on it and add it as am image to your log here. This cache should be a nice park and grab but do stay awhile.
You can park your car right beside the cache location. In fact, you might use your car to block the view of what you are doing from the many neighbors. Because of the number of local residents, it will be much better for you to nab this one during daylight hours. Nighttime caching would probably draw too much attention. While in Chesapeake, you can walk or drive across the highway and visit the big fish hatchery. There are even some picnic tables at the hatchery if you want to take your lunch.
