This puzzle cache is an Alphabet challenge with a WINSLMA twist. An Alphabet challenge is simple; find a cache that begins with each letter of the alphabet (A - Z). The WINSLMA twist, each cache MUST be an UNKNOWN. I love puzzles and the alphabet challenge is a great concept so I decided to combine the two together.
Since this is a puzzle challenge, it only makes sense that you need to solve a puzzle to obtain the final coordinates. It should be easy with the hint.

Rules:
#1 All caches MUST be Unknown (mystery/puzzles) caches - the beautiful blue question mark.
#2 The cache must be PUBLISHED ON OR BEFORE JULY 13, 2009.
#3 The cache can be found before or after July 13, 2009. (That means you might already have everything you need)
#4 The cache can be found anywhere (unlike most Alphabet challenges)
#5 If the cache begins with punctuation, it does not count.
#6 If the cache starts with A, it qualifies as an A. If the cache starts with The, it qualifies as a T.
#7 This cache does not count for the letter A.
Check your solution
#8 You are welcome to find the cache before completing all of the requirements. If you do, please just sign the log and post a note on the cache page. Then, after you have completed the challenge, you can come back and log it as a find. Logged finds that do not qualify will be deleted.
