Ok people I dont know what it is about central oregon and the Round-a-bouts
Bend has them all over the place Redmond even has one.Now I am seeing them out in rural America. I came out here to hike and bike to some caches And here it was ,a good place to park and cache out in this area.I challenge Oregon Cachers to locate and record This Bizzar happening
