Once upon a time there was a girl living in the meadows of Smáratún. She walked over the grass, danced in front of the waterfalls and took care of the children. Then she suddenly disappeared. But if you are quiet, and you try to seek her very hard, you can still feel her ghost in this wonderful piece of nature.
This story is not a local saga, it is just a very personal cache.
