Giants were found to roam these hills at one time in the great Kingdom of Camelot.
Nascien fulfilled the prophecy of the Sword of the Strange Belt when confronting such a foe. The inscription on the blade says that the sword will fail the man who prized the sword above everything else. When Nascien tried used the sword to kill a giant, it broke in two. King Mordrain restored the sword by putting the two sections of the blade together.
Seek the cache that is now hidden at the location that contained one half of the sword. It is a matchstick holder with log and pencil. Be wary, as there may still be giants hiding in the woods yonder. Also be wary of winter unfriendliness.
