Two years on the 4th of July, we placed our first Freedom and Fireworks cache on Highway 4. We decided to make this a tradition so here's #3.
This cache is located at the turnoff to the Wolfboro Boyscout camp so at times this place is rather busy. There is plenty of parking once you turn off the highway. If you're brave, you can even take your car through "Lake Wolfboro" on your way to the cache. Since we have a low clearance minivan, we parked at the first parking area and just walked back.
This cache is best accessible during times when there's no snow on the ground, but if you like a challenge, the terrain is flat; you'll just have to dig through the snow a bit after you jump the stream.
Cache is an ammo can..no micros in the woods right here! As you search for the cache, think of how lucky we are to live in this country!
