You are looking for a red bison container. See spoiler pictures if necessary.

Don't rely on your GPS to get you there because there are private roads. Go around by the back of the mountain by taking Beech Mountain Parkway then a left on N. Pinnacle Ridge Road. Follow this road all the way to the top.
