This geocache is a direct descendant of the original Puppy Luv cache located in Clinton, Iowa, which I visited this past weekend.
Who knows how pets work? Right at the time when I needed a friend, I find Larry running around in circles in The Cove Restaurant parking lot. He looked a little dehydrated, so I dropped some of my snow cone on the ground for him to slurp up. You should have seen his little tail wag. It was going so fast, it was like standing next to one of those floor model electric fans! Oddly, enough he does the same thing whenever we drive past a Dairy Queen, so, of course, I go around the block and get him something cold and wet, just like his nose. He really is a nice, loyal friend, even if he is a little weird at times, like when he buried one of my nanos in the lawn at Hanna Park in Marion! Oh well, dogs will be dogs. Have fun! P.S. Although this is wheelchair accessible, I'd have someone ready to push your chair in case of traffic. Park carefully!
