This cache has been archived.

Deceangi: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll gladly unarchive it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Please Note! Six months from the date of the Listing being Archived, is the maximum period, in which this Listing will be eligible to be considered for Unarchiving

Please avoid geolitter by removing any remaining traces of your cache or contact a local cacher to do so for you. If you are having difficulty doing so then please contact me via my profile and I will try to get someone to assist. This is particularly important if your cache appears to contain Travelbugs or Geocoins.

Geocache Description:

A straight forward, easy to find cache.
Named after our Daughters pet name "Sweet Pea"

Located on national cycle route six, which is a single track , tarmac "back road" between Shepshed and Belton.
Note that traffic is very infrequent, but nevertheless, the odd car or tractor may be encountered.
- Therefore, please do not block gateways to fields. Instead, use the parking places suggested.

It is possible to drive right up to the cache, but why not enjoy the walk?

Can you spot the birdbox near to the cache?

Shepshed: - Rumour has it that Shepshed was once the largest village in England. It used to boast a total of 18+ pubs, most of which are now closed.
Belton vilage: - Boasts it's very own permanent Maypole near the church.
