Geocache Description:


Permits are required for Empirita Ranch Access and are free. The messaging system at 520-877-6158 is checked daily and permits are issued within two county business days of the request They will be mailed or e-mailed. Walk-ins are still accepted at the Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Administration Building, 3500 West River Road for those seeking immediate permitting.
Follow the designated trail for approx. 5 miles. Once you get to the cache if you go through the gate that will be State Trust Land. There is plenty of wildlife to view in the area.
