A notorious Fremont cacher commented that there are no new destinations left in Fremont that deserve a geocache... so I say that it is not about the destination but about the journey.
The journey is about biking with your family on a warm summer day.
Nearby you can see a homeowner that went very east coast and dismanted his fence, so his backyard gym extends into the public space...he was jumping rope on the bike path as we came up...;)
You may need some careful dexterity at the end of your search thus the higher terrain rating.
