Geocache Description:

It's a nice trip in a small village which more than 1000 years old. It contain three virtual points and the cache.

Füle (Fyley) since 1009

It's a nice trip in a small village which more than 1000 years old. It contain three virtual points and the cache.
The box size is 18cm x 18cm x 7cm, normal kitchen box. You can find near a tree and covered with leafs.

Details:

1. point Catholic church: WP (Station1)
This is the oldest building of the village. In 1333 Fyley was a presbytery place. You can find a big white cross (obelisk) in the backyard. You need the date (4 character).

2. point Reformed church: WP (Station2)
This building built around 1840, but demolished two times.
You should count the number of the flame element of the carriage-entrance (2 character)

3. point Village museum: WP (Station3)
The „Sárréti Tájház” (village museum) built in the beginning of XIX. century. It shows many relics from the old professions. You should count the number of the lights in the first archway (one character).

4. point the cache:
If you sum the numbers from the 1,2 and 3 station you get a number (ABCD) For the final coordinates you have to add this number to the listed coordinates (like this):

You can find the box near a tree. In this place was many garden 50 years ago. In spring here groving many violet.

Short story of the village:

At present this village contain some little villages: Nagyfüle, Kisfüle, Szentmártonfüle. The first mention in the Veszprém bishopric border certificate from 1009 with alias name „Fyley” This place was occupied before this date. The archeologist found coins from Byzantium age.
In 1243 IV Bela gave this area to Székesefehervar provost. In the turkish foreign occupation the all popoulation adopt the reformed religion. After the end of the Rákoczi war of independence many people adopt the catholic religion. It was many religion conflict. Although this village very small, the local people can find many possibility to time spending. It has junior club, pensioned club, association of huntsmen, bykers club,Football club and „Barátfüle” club. It has possibilities to riding on horse and stay in Tibor ranch.

Approach:
20km from Székesfehérvár near road 71. From the direction lake Balaton 9km accros Balatonfökajár You can go there by train or by bus.
