Rutland's City Hall houses the city government offices, but used to
house the fire and police departments as well. As the fire
department and it's vehicles grew, it moved out of that building
and into a new one at the top of Center Street in 1969.
The Rutland Police Department was cramped into it's offices in
the front of City Hall until 2001, when a building formerly
occupied by CVPS was purchased and renovated into the current
police building.
Stealth is very important! There are eyes
everywhere!
The cache is a small Lock'n'Lock with tradeable items
FTF prize is a Rutland PD stainless steel travel mug with a $3
Dunkin Donuts card in it. Since the coffee cup won't fit in the
cache, there's a coupon in the cache instead. Follow the
