Geocache Description:

The Ala Wai Canal is a 1.5 mile man-made waterway located a few blocks inland from Waikiki Beach. There are walkways on both sides of the canal that are popular for jogging and evening walks. There's a dedicated bike lane on Ala Wai Blvd for daily commuters.


"Ala" means: A road, path, or trail.




"Wai" means:Fresh water,drain.


You can find parking nearby and it's a short walk to the cache. The park is open from 5 am to 10 pm. The path to the cache can get busy so use stealth when looking. BYOP and sign only your initials on the log and please return the cache back as found. Sorry, any spoilers will be removed!
