You'll need a boat. No motors allowed.
Green River Reservoir is a great area for camping, and non power boating. Best for canoe or kayak. All kinds of wildlife flourish in this area. Cache is about 1.7 miles from the boat launch and parking area. It is also on a snowmobile trail but would probably be hard to find with a lot of snow.
