The Green Lantern Traditional Cache
parkboy2be: It is with considerable sadness that we must shut down the Green Lantern cache after ~10 years of caching fun and discovery. The local snake community wins and it's not worth the risk to our fellow geocachers. Be safe out there and we thank you for all the finds!!

Cache is located on the Western slope of Sugarloaf mountain on the Northern Peaks blue trail to White Rocks.
The best access to this trail is from Park Mill Rd. to Mt. Ephraim Rd. Parking is limited, but traffic to this area is light. Coordinates for the parking area are 39 16.538N 077 23.902W. Make sure you don't follow Saddleback horse trail indicated with yellow marks. Follow Mt Ephraim Rd. North after parking for a few hundred feet to reach the Northern Peaks blue trail to White Rocks.
Be prepared as the trail is very rocky and somewhat steep at times and not suitable for strollers. Dogs are allowed on leashes only.
You will be looking for a medium sized Nalgene watertight container. Please be sure to record your visit in the enclosed logbook.
