While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been disabled for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Geocache Description:

Easy, kid friendly cache hidden by a roadside park with a century old pine tree. Treasure is in a rubbermaid container with a bright blue lid. This cache was designed by a grandson and his grandparents for the enjoyment of all.

This treasure is hidden in an old county park once called Flowing Well. Unfortunatly the natural spring no longer flows over it's little waterfall, but Papa remembers it as a good place to get a drink of cool water on your way back from fishing. You can still see where it once flowed under a century old pine tree; but be careful, the good Rev. Loonfarmer told me that water stilll seeps. This is a good place for a picnic, or to let a geodog strech his legs. Have fun, and happy hunting!
