"Waiting for Guffman" (GC1EN6Q), hidden by Team Alb, occupied a spot just a few feet from this one until the structure that housed it met an untimely demise, taking the poor little bison tube with it. This cache (which is not a bison tube) is hereby placed to mourn the passing of one its brethren. Guffman, we hardly knew ye.
Standard hide, within a few feet of the pavement. In fact, you don't even need to step off the pavement to reach it. Well, maybe with one foot, if it will help you keep your balance.
Muggles will be frequently present, so use appropriate stealth.
