What could be better than getting fresh sea air and geocaching at the same time?! Location is a great community resource...be sure to check it out if you are not familiar with the Sea Base. You may encouter muggles of all ages. However, your presence shouldn't disturb any of their activities. The senior staff and the resident are aware of the cache, so don't be afraid to say "Hi."
Cache is a small, clear lock-n-lock container with scouting themed swag for starters. Location is accessible to wheelchairs and does NOT require any tiptoeing through plants.
9/14/09 Coordinates updated. Hope it helps. We must have been getting a lot of bounce because we used two GPSr's and averaged their readings to come up with the old coords (which were N 33° 37.049 W 117° 55.162).
2/28/2010. Replaced and moved about 35'.
12/06/10 Altered the hint based on someone replacing the original cache. Now the 2nd cache is missing. Go figure!
