The Red Herring Urban Night Cache

The Tick is in trouble! He was in charge of protecting a top-secret cache, but the evil Red Herring took it! The Tick tracked down the location, but the Red Herring took away his antennae, rendering him useless. Luckily, The Tick wrote down the coordinates to the cache on his breakfast spoon and hid it for you to find. The Tick needs YOUR help finding the cache! You will find what you need to complete this mission at the starting coordinates. Bring a Flashlight, and do this at night to avoid detection. Super stealth is required! Good Luck!
