In occasione di una escursione di 2 giorni in val Darengo, lago di Cavrig
Il lago Darengo è situato a 1780 mt.
Vi sono diversi punti di accesso, quello effettuato da me in compagnia di altri due amici parte da Dangri (650 mt), raggiungibile da una carrareccia dal paese di Livo (segnalazione strada non collaudata) di circa 3 km, è stretta ma facendo attenzione con un'auto non molto bassa si percorre abbastanza facilmente.
Da Dangri seguire le indicazioni per Capanna Como, lago Darengo.
La stada sale subito con una scalinata con cappellette della via Crucis e in circa poco meno di 300 mt di dislivello si arriva all'abitato di Baggio.
Qui si continua per la valle in tratto leggermente in discesa, raggiunto un ponte la strada inizia a salire e costeggiando il fiume sulla sin. si arriva ad un secondo ponte (non attraversare) e quindi a Pianezza, dove è presente un rifugio non custodito.
Continuare ancora per la valle fino ad arrivare ad un piano, Alpe Darengo. Da qui il sentiero piega sulla destra e si dirige verso la conca glaciale dove si trova il lago Darengo e la Capanna Como, ricostruita di recente, (pennone della bandiera sempre in vista).
Il cache è nei pressi del rifugio, un contenitore cilindrico per pastiglie, nascosto da alcuni sassi.

The lake of Darengois situated at 1780 mt.
There are several access points, the one made by me in the company of two other friends from Dangri part, reached by a cart from the village of Livo (signaling path not tested) of about 3 km, is closely paying attention but not with a car very low along quite easily.
From Dangri follow the signs to Capanna Como, Lake Darengo.
the path go immediately with a staircase with chapels of the Way of the Cross and in about less than 300 meters in altitude you arrive to the village of Baggio.
Here we continue through the valley in slightly downhill, reached the bridge the road starts to climb and along the river on the right. we reach a second bridge (do not cross) and then Pianezza, where a refuge is not guarded.
Continue through the valley until you reach a floor, Alpe Darengo. From here the trail bends right and heads toward the glacial basin where the lake and the hut Darengo Como, recently reconstructed, (yard of the flag always in sight).
The cache is near the refuge, a cylindrical container for tablets, hidden by some rocks.
