A spot to take in the view of the Manakau harbour, wharf area,
and check out if the fishing is any good.
This cache is all about elevation, get it right and the cache
will be an easy find, get it wrong and you will likely be arrested,
squashed, wet, or all three.
There is a lot of graffiti in the area, but while you enjoy your
view your back will be to it. That said I wouldn't recommend
hunting this at night alone.
