This cache is located at ground level. Sorry, it is therefore unlikely to be accessible to wheelchair cachers.

WOW!
Only now that I have seen them again do I remember my father showing me these WW2 anti-tank cylinders many years ago.

WW2 Anti-Tank Cylinders - source (visit link) :
Reinforced concrete cylindrical obstacles with a shaft down the centre in which could be inserted a crowbar for manhandling, or a picket for barbed wire. Cylinders were 90cm high and 60cm wide and deployed in groups of three as a more effective alternative for buoys.

The cache:
To find the cache, you need to:
- go to the published co-ordinates;
- count the number of WW2 anti-tank cylinders;
- let that number equal 'A';
- add 0.0(2A+1) to the published North co-ordinates;
- subtract 0.0(A/2+2) from the published East co-ordinates; and
- search at the calculated co-ordinates.
