In a place a little less savory than the surrounding near-million-dollar houses
Hidden somewhere reasonably inaccessible, might require a jump, but definitely do not do this one during rain. Light Muggle traffic, mostly by cars, the ones that did pass didnt really bat an eye while I was placing this one. A little sneakiness is required.
