Squeaky Clean Mystery Cache

While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been down for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Geocache Description:


This cache requires that you learn about Archimedes' principle in order to sign the log.

It is named after Archimedes of Syracuse, who first discovered this law. According to Archimedes' principle, "Any object, wholly or partly immersed in a fluid, is buoyed up by a force equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the object."

So you will need 20 ounces of fluid (water) to obtain the cache log container. The location can be very busy during nice weather. Just becareful not to get your feet wet while obtaining the log. Please use stealth if there are muggles about or try again when it's not so busy.

*** This cache requires a minimum of 20 ounces of water to complete. A 20 ounce pop bottle works the best. ***
