Stumped (Wellington) Traditional Cache

This cache was published as part of the Madagascar event. If you found it during the event you may log it, though there will be NO FTF's given.
This cache is located along a small path starting from Eclipse Lane and Observatory Close (S41 06.613 E174 54.111) and ends at Discovery Drive and Barque Crescent (S41 06.957 E174 53.948). The grounds to the one side were set aside for a golf course. There are some lovely houses on the other side and you might be able to spot a tree house or two. The cache is in a bank packet to keep the moisture out. Please replace as you found it.
