While I was out hiking one day, I decided, “why not place a few geocaches here and there?”
For this series, there is really no need to leave the trail and disturb nature. Some of the trail follows private property, so I did not want anyone to stray from it.
If you are a hiker and enjoy the long walks and tranquil surroundings of flora and fauna, you should enjoy this series. Depending on how far you wish to walk, you may want to park at the first parking area and walk back to your car when you are finished the series. If you decide to go this route, count on an overall walk of about10-11 kms. If you prefer to break it up into smaller hikes, try parking at one of the other parking areas and enter through their trailheads.
Most of the geocaches are micro film canisters and are fairly easy to retrieve. The hike itself has some steep inclines but is mostly manageable walking. I hope you enjoy this series.
